< 참고 및 유의사항 >

 

*판매되는 제품은 모두 디펙 및 이전 시즌 제품으로 현재 부틱 판매 제품과는 상이합니다. 할인율은 상품에 따라 -80% ~ -90 % 입니다.

*디펙의 경우 아래와 같은 결함이 포함되며, 이외 다른 결함이 발견될 수도 있습니다.

* Scratches (흠집)

* Stains (이염)

* Drawn thread / damaged frame (모양변형)

* Accessory detachment (부속 탈락)

* Handle Discoloration (핸들 변색)

* Missing strap (스트랩 누락)

 

*구매한 모든 제품에는 DC마크 핫스탬핑이 진행되며, 단순 변심, 사이즈/색상 주문 오류, 디펙 확인 (상품 자체의 결함) 등 어떠한 사유로도 교환 및 취소 처리는 불가합니다.

*직원 본인 및 가족의 개인적인 사용을 위해서만 판매됩니다. 재판매는 심각한 위반 행위이며 적발 시 불이익을 받을 수 있습니다.

*플래시 세일 구매 제품은 A/S 불가하며, 보증서 및 박스는 제공되지 않습니다.

*Exotic 아이템 구매 시 CITES서류 발급은 되지 않습니다.

*행사와 관련된 내용을 온라인 상 (eg. 인스타그램 / 블로그 등) 에 업로드하는 행위는 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다.

*초과 주문 내역이 확인될 시, 전체 주문 건이 사전 안내 없이 취소됩니다.

*Quota 를 초과하여 구매한 경우 (e.g. 수량 초과, 중복 상품 구매), 전체 주문 건이 사전 안내 없이 취소됩니다.

*주문 완료가 구매 확정을 의미하지 않습니다. 재고 상황에 따라 브랜드에 의해 취소될 수 있습니다.

*확정된 구매 내역 및 결제 안내는 2025년 12월 10일 (수) 이메일로 안내 예정입니다.

*주문 내역은 반드시 기한 내 결제되어야 하며, 미 결제 건에 대해서는 예외 없이 자동 취소 처리됩니다.

*제품 확인이나 행사 문의를 위해 델보 부틱에 방문하시거나 델보 팀원에게 개별적으로 문의하시는 것은 지양해 주시기 바랍니다.

 

*Delvaux 는 분쟁 발생 시 최종 결정을 내릴 권리를 보유합니다.

*상기 약관을 위반할 경우, 향후 스태프세일 이용 권한의 영구 정지 또는 기타 엄중한 징계 조치가 내려질 수 있습니다.

*All products offered are defective or previous-season items and therefore differ from current boutique merchandise.
Discount rates vary by product and range from -80% to -90%.
*Defects may include the following (and other defects may also be present):

*Drawn thread / damaged frame (shape deformation)
*Accessory detachment
*Handle discoloration

*Missing strap

*All purchased items will receive a DC mark hot stamping, and no exchanges or cancellations will be accepted for any reason, including change of mind, size/color mistakes, or defect-related concerns.
*Products are sold solely for personal use by employees and their families.
*Resale is a serious violation and may result in disciplinary action.
*Staff sale items are not eligible for A/S (after-sales service) and warranties, certificate card or boxes will not be provided.
*CITES documents will not be issued for exotic items.
*Uploading any event-related content online (e.g., Instagram, blogs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
*If additional orders are detected, all orders will be canceled without prior notice.
*If the quota is exceeded (e.g., quantity exceeded, duplicate items purchased), all orders will be canceled without prior notice.
*Order completion does not guarantee purchase confirmation. Orders may be canceled by the brand depending on stock availability.
*Confirmed purchase details and payment instructions will be provided via email on December 10, 2025 (Wed).
*Orders must be paid within the given deadline. No exception allowed.
*Please refrain from visiting Delvaux boutiques or contacting Delvaux team members individually for product checks or event inquiries.

 

*Delvaux reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.

*Any violations of the above terms and conditions may result in permanent suspension of any future staff sale privileges or other disciplinary action inclusive of termination of employment.
